A Individual Wellness Goal Plan is not just a series of Reflexology sessions! To reach your goals, YOU have to do some work as well! 

Amanda works along side you to create a easily followed plan to begin seeing results!  

For clients seeking change & improved wellness  

from current or chronic health challenges and/or extreme stress, weekly appointments may be an excellent investment toward that goal.


Includes:

  • Health Intake (First session) 
  • Foot Assessment
  • Detailed Treatment Plan
  • Weekly Home-work 
  • Check in & Follow ups
  • Treatment Evidence for your records

60 minute Reflexology sessions over the course of X amount of weeks

It is recommended to have at least 4 sessions to start.
