Nope! Reflexology is deeply relaxing, not ticklish. Most clients describe it as soothing and comforting.
Does reflexology hurt?
No, reflexology does not hurt. However, certain points on the feet, hands, or face may feel more sensitive if your body needs extra support in those areas.
Are you an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist)?
No, I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT), specializing in reflexology for relaxation and wellness.
Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely.
Do you offer refunds for sessions if they are not covered by insurance or for any other reason?
No, I do not offer refunds. Please check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm coverage before booking.
If I prepay and then cancel, will you refund my payment?
Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation:

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your prepayment can be applied to a future session.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your prepayment is non-refundable.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice (or no-shows) are subject to the full session fee.

The fee applies regardless of the reason for your cancellation.

Snow day cancellations will not be charged if accumulation has already started at the time of your appointment.
Please note: clients who are rude or disrespectful when this policy is enforced will not be accepted for future bookings.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase. Please note:
